A touring theatre, founded in 1984 by director and playwright Radi D. Shehadeh (also a founding member of Al-Hakawati Theatre in Jerusalem, a member of Hakawati group, and founder of Albalad Theatre in 1972 in Galilee).

Asseera Theatre performed in all cities, villages, and refugee Palestinian camps, in addition to having had world tours in Japan, U.S.A., Tunisia, Egypt, Morroco and most European countries.
